The artworks in Familiarity & Strangeness come from places familiar and strange to us, and depict things that are everyday, peculiar and a mixture of both, from the Aurora Borealis to pictures of sounds, from dogs, seals and children to fairies, from moss to icebergs, from a gentle portrait to the interaction of kangaroos with small rocks. Some of Rob's photos are paired with Rowena's prints and depict the same locations from different perspectives.
